Terms of Service

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old. By using MM2 Flipz you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, stop using the Service immediately.

Account

Access requires a Roblox login. You must keep your Roblox account and session details accurate and under your control. You are responsible for everything done while that account is signed in. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your Roblox account.

Site balance, gems, and items

MM2 Flipz is an entertainment site. In-site gems, rakeback, and recorded item values are for use on MM2 Flipz only. They are not cash, bank money, or a claim on real-world currency.

You must not buy, sell, or trade MM2 Flipz gems, balances, or site records for real money, gift cards, or anything of real-world value with other users or third parties. Doing so can get your account banned.

Murder Mystery 2 items you deposit or withdraw are Roblox game items handled through our trade bots. Outcomes of coinflips and similar games are for play on this site. We do not operate real-money gambling.

Game rules

Coinflips and other modes follow the rules shown in the app, including tax, value minimums, and provably fair hashing after a game settles. You agree to those rules when you create or join a game. Breaking them, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other players can lead to a mute, freeze, or ban.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals depend on bot availability, Roblox, and the private server we list. We are not liable for delays, queues, downtime, user error, or Roblox outages. Follow on-site instructions: trade the listed bot and finish the flow in the private server when asked.

Missing items and refunds

If items go missing, contact staff on Discord within 72 hours and include uncut video of the incident. We cannot help without that. After an item is first locked into a flip, giveaway, or similar wager, refunds for that item are not available. Staff may still be unable to recover on-site or in-game losses.

Moderation

We may warn, mute, freeze wallets, suspend, or ban accounts for rule breaks, abuse, multi-accounting, fraud, or attempts to manipulate games or the economy. We may act without a prior warning. Staff decisions on disputes are final.

Fair use

Do not use unauthorized bots, scripts, or tools against MM2 Flipz to cheat, scrape in a way that harms the Service, or exploit other users. Cheating or attacking the Service can result in an immediate ban.

Limitation of liability

You use the Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MM2 Flipz is not liable for lost items, lost gems, downtime, Roblox bans, bot bans, or other damages arising from use of the site. Item names, values, and availability can be wrong or outdated.

Force majeure and downtime

We are not liable for interruptions caused by events outside our control, including Roblox, hosting, or network failures. The site may go down for maintenance. We will try to restore service when we reasonably can. We are not responsible for losses during those periods.

Account termination

We may close or suspend your MM2 Flipz account at any time if you break these Terms. You may also lose access to site balances and recorded items. We are not responsible if Roblox bans your account or limits MM2. Closed accounts forfeit claims to site gems or virtual records on MM2 Flipz.

Trade bots

If a deposit or withdraw bot is banned or disabled, we may remove or halt item movement for the affected game. We cannot refund items lost because a bot account was banned.

Intellectual property

MM2 Flipz branding, layout, and original site content belong to us. Roblox and Murder Mystery 2 names, items, and assets belong to their owners. Do not copy or resell our site materials without permission.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. We may post the new date at the top of this page.

Severability

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
